Dr. Simon Wallace
Data and Tech Nerd who speaks fluent "Human"
I’m a builder at heart — a hybrid of strategist, engineer, scientist, and product thinker. My core strength is translation: taking messy, ambitious business goals and turning them into technical systems that people across the organisation can understand, believe in, and actually use. I sit in the space between leadership, product, commercial, operations, and engineering so decisions don’t get lost in translation.
I work with a small number of exceptional organisations each year – as a fractional technology leader, hands-on builder, or, for the right mission, in a full-time capacity. My focus is on reducing complexity, aligning non-technical and technical teams, and making sure everyone is clear on what we’re building, why it matters, and how we’ll know it’s working.
Whether you need strategic clarity, a credible AI and data roadmap, or someone who can get product, engineering, and the rest of the business truly pulling in the same direction, I help ambitious teams move quickly without losing rigour.
